Lifetime Warranty on Meru AP300 family of Access Points:
As the leader in developing Enterprise-class 802.11n networking,
Meru Networks is now providing customers with additional investment
protection through a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all AP300 family
products. This industry leading 802.11n solution provides the highest
performance for converged Data, Voice and Video networks.
Meru Networks is committed to delivering the highest quality
products and we stand behind this commitment with our Lifetime Warranty
for all enterprise-class 802.11n Access Points:
- For all AP300 access points shipped from Meru starting on
July 1, 2009, Meru will extend its standard warranty coverage for as
long as the product continues to be sold by Meru and for an additional
five years.
- For the first 30 days of ownership, Meru will
replace all DOA AP300 products with same-day-shipment of replacement
products, for calls received before 1:00 pm California time.
- After
the first 30 days for as long as Meru continues to sell the product and
for five additional years, Meru will repair the product or replace it
with a new or refurbished product, at Meru's discretion, within 30 days
of receipt from the customer. Antennas, power supplies and accessories
remain covered by Meru's standard one-year warranty.
