Da-Lite Recognized with Most InAVative Technology Award at 2009 Integrated Systems Europe Tradeshow

The InAVative Technology award winners were announced at the Integrated Systems Europe tradeshow in Amsterdam during the first week of February.  Da-Lite Screen Company was the winner in the Most InAVative Display product for Residential Use, winning with its new Da-Lite JKP Affinity Screen Series.

The Technology Awards were open to all global AV technology manufacturers who had released product made commercially available throughout the EMEA+ marketplace within the 2008 calendar year.  Over 180 products were entered into this year’s awards program.  There were 66 finalists in 11 product categories.

“Being named as only one of eleven 2009 InAVation Technology Award winners is tremendous recognition for the strategic partnership between Da-Lite and Joe Kane Productions,” stated Wendy Long, Da-Lite Vice President of Marketing.  “When Joe came to us with his challenge of developing a new generation of high definition projection screen, our chemists and engineers were up to the challenge.”

“The new 1080p projectors and optics provided the opportunity to approach the development of the JKP Affinity Screen Series with using an entirely different approach than with previous screen materials,” continued Long.
