January 2004 - TEL-Vi sells Structured Cabling Division January 31, 2004 TEL-Vi Communications sold the assets of their Structured Cabling Division to Guarantee Electrical and renamed the remaining company "Primary Systems". Founded in 1976 TEL-Vi had grown to be one of the largest independent providers of voice, data, video and life safety systems providers in the St. Louis area. The sale of the Structure Cabling Division will allow Primary Systems a greater focus on what has been their fastest growing segment of the market; the design, installation and service of low voltage and life safety systems.
